When acquiring software from Tecsys, we offer update agreement and support agreement. Our experience is that many questions occur when putting a new system to use. When you sign up to a support agreement, we ensure that we always have a minimum of two developers, that are competent in the system that has been developed for you. Typically, it would be the developers that has programmed the system, but in case of replacement of staff, we make sure to train the new employee.
There are frequently new requirements for adjustments, where you can make use of the developers as sparring partners to find a solution, whether it is a temporary solution, the creation of a new project, or to make an adaption of the system.
A support agreement is signed for a year at a time. The support agreement includes the following:
Hotline: Your key employees have unlimited access to communicate with our supporters by phone. This ensures that you get a quick answer on your questions and that the system is being used as intended. The guaranteed reaction time is less than two hours.

Program Updates: New features are being developed on a regular basis and any reported errors are corrected and released in new versions, which you have access to use thorough the Update Agreement. We will also ensure that our standard software is kept updated in relation to new versions of drivers and operating systems.
