Tecsys Fleet Management gives you easy access to LIVE monitoring and overview of your entire fleet. The application gives you an overview of the location and route of all vehicles. Data is displayed on a map so you can follow which car is where. You can easily see who's driving the car and it's easy to contact the driver.
Fleet management is part of the Tecsys Transport Management System (TMS), which also includes Route Optimisation, Track and Trace, Proof of Delivery (POD), Packaging Accounting and much more.

With Tecsys Fleet Management, you always have an overview of your fleet. The programme provides an overview of the location and route of all vehicles. Data is displayed on a map so you can follow which car is where. You can easily see who is driving the car and it is easy to contact the driver.

Fleet management with smartphone
You can use a regular smartphone or you can use an industrial smartphone (Handheld Terminal). With an ordinary smartphone, you can quickly get started with Fleet Management. The industrial model has longer battery life, can withstand being dropped and has a built-in barcode scanner. This offers a number of advantages, particularly in terms of shelf life, but also in terms of recording consignments with barcode labels.
History
The daily routes are saved so you can review them for a selected date. Thus, there is documentation of whether drivers take a detour or take a break and when there has been a given delivery or stop.
Your historical data is safe with us. All data is stored in professional and secure environments in Denmark.
Geo fence
Use GeoFence to delineate a specific area and mark known locations such as the distribution centre, airport, warehouse, etc.
On the picture you see a blue area at Spodsberg - Tårs. The system automatically sends a report with all trips with e.g. ferries and the toll bridge. Then the accounting department can reconcile the payments.
Alarm
Receive a notification if, for example, an entry or exit is made in a specific geo-zone. Messages are received by email.
Extended customer service
With Tecsys TMS you get extended customer service. In the office, you can quickly see on a screen where each driver is and if there are traffic problems in the area.
It's easy to inform customers when to expect the driver to arrive. In addition, you can quickly change the route if new delivery requests come in from customers.
